Played a 4 hour round, on Satuday AM. The fairways have large landing areas and few trees rewarding your accurate shots with open approaches into receptive greens. Some long par fours. Pigeon Creek Golf Course is one of those rare gems that is situated in the perfect location to provide fabulous conditions, in a challenging yet friendly layout. My tee time was for 10:30 but showed up an hour early expecting to have to putt/chip and wait around. With very little shade (it was sunny but comfortable when I played) it could be tough walking, or even riding, without water or a beverage cart circling. The fairways are bright green and mowed nice and tight. may change without notice. Course was well roped off to prevent knuckleheads from driving their power carts where they shouldn't - more courses need to do that. Thanks for playing.
